Closer to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we will contact you via email when your mobile tickets are ready to access via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet. We will also issue you with instructions on how to download the ticket wallet app onto your mobile device.

Ticket FAQs
We are using mobile ticketing as a secure, sustainable method for distributing tickets to our events.
Closer to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we will contact you via email when your mobile tickets are ready to access via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet. We will also issue you with instructions on how to download the ticket wallet app onto your mobile device.
You will be able to send your friends/family/colleagues their ticket via the Team GB House Ticket Wallet.
We will contact you nearer Paris 2024 Olympic Games time about this.
Team GB will also be opening up free-to-enter Fanzones across the UK for supporters to gather with friends and family to watch the action live from Paris 2024.
Further details of where the Fanzones will be located, and their opening times will be confirmed in Q2 2024.
Team GB House is a venue for our amazing athletes, befitting of their efforts and achievements at the Olympic Games. We are delighted to be able to offer fans the opportunity to join us at this incredible venue.
Team GB House is run by the British Olympic Association (BOA) as a not-for-profit venture to ensure that we can give our athletes, and their friends and family, the best possible venue and environment in which to enjoy the Olympic Games away from competition. Without your support we cannot provide a venue of this nature to house the numbers of athletes and friends and family that we would want.
The BOA is a not-for-profit organisation that is privately funded and receives no annual funding from the government. The success of Team GB is entirely dependent upon the income we receive from our commercial fundraising and events.
